The Mankato Township Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month (except for noted changes) at 7:00 PM : 
 Dates for the Mankato Township Board meetings 
held at the Mankato Township Hall,  788 South Victory Drive, Mankato , MN 

  • February  20, 2025                 Audit of Books 5:30PM,  Regular Board 7:00 PM
  • Annual Meeting   March 11, 2025  7:00 PM   Reorganizational Meeting- March 11 after annual meeting ends.   In case of inclement weather on 3-11-2025 the meetings will be held the following week -
  • April  16, 2025                                        
  • May 21,  2025               
  • June 10, 2025        Road review :   start at the township hall at 5;00 pm.
  • July 15, 2025               
  • August 20, 2025                         
  • September 17, 2025                                         
  • October 14, 2025    (TUESDAY )
  • November 19, 2025
  • December 17, 2025
  • January 21,2026
  • February 18, 2026
  • March 10, 2026 Annual Meeting  (no regular board meeting this month)  Reorganiozational meeting will start after the close of the Annual meeting.
  •  no other dates are set for following months as of now but expected to be the third Wednesday of the month
 
The Planning Commission meets as needed and notice is mailed and published for each of their meetings.
 Mankato Township Submission schedule 2025: 

1. Date subject to change based on Planning Commissioner availability
2. Anticipated Board action date
3. Planning Commission meetings are generally held immediately before the regular Township Board meetings; actual meeting times to be verified
4. Exact Board meeting time to be verified; regular Board meetings are usually held at 7:00 p.m.

 The Mankato Township Board maintains township roads in Mankato Township and oversees planning and zoning issues.  The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is Daniel Rotchadl.
